The Elite Junior Academy at Montclair Pickleball Bergen County is a year-round, high-performance training program for young athletes aged 11–17. Tailored for competitive juniors, the program offers a structured pathway for players looking to achieve their potential as a player.

Why Join the Elite Junior Academy?

  • Expert Coaching:
    The program is led by top-tier coaches including many 5.0+ and pro players. They also bring on physical trainers, mental strength coaches, nutristionists, top pro players, and others to work with their players.

  • Comprehensive Development:
    Athletes receive targeted coaching in key areas designed to accelerate their growth as a player, on the court and off the court. Their pickleball training includes focuses like advanced techniques, strategy, mindset, and more.

  • Perosnalized Approach:
    Players are grouped by age and level so they are training with players at their level but also players that challenge them. Our coaches take a personalized approach to work with every player on what they need most. Personal goal setting and check-ins are involved as well.

    The Montclair Pickleball team assists in transportation for certain junior pickleball players looking to train but needing transportation.
