Things for Singles and Couples to Do in New Jersey

Sure, AI is becoming more and more prevalent in our society. But that doesn't mean we don't still need human interaction. In fact, nowadays we probably need it even more to combat the barrage of screens and digital technology in our daily lives.

Being around people and making new friends is so important for our mental wellbeing. And so are those other kinds of relationships -- like the ones with benefits.  After all, reproducing is kind of an important thing for humanity, right? AI can't do that for us -- at least not yet.  Well, with all of that in mind, we thought we'd make a list of ways people can meet a significant other right here in New Jersey. Here goes...

Concerts / Music Venues:
Head on over to Asbury Park, and check out the hopping music scene at places like The Wonder Bar or The House of Independents. You can even stop by The Stone Pony where The Boss used to play.

Trivia Nights:
If you want to go to a bar without having to scream over the loud music or watch sports on big screen TVs, then trivia nights can be a great way to meet someone. And hey, if you need to Google an answer or two to appear smarter, don't worry, we won't tell.  Here are a few you can check out in Clifton, Bloomfield, Montclair, and Nutley. Feel free to try trivia with your significant other, just don't spend the whole night arguing!

Pickleball:
Oh yes! Pickleball isn't just the hottest new sport, it's also the hottest new way to meet people! If you're looking for love, then check out Doubles for Singles and Doubles for Couples (we didn't forget about the COUPLES) at Montclair Pickleball Bergen County in Fair Lawn.

Running Clubs:
We know that running isn't quite as much fun as pickleball, although nothing is, so no offense, "running." Nonetheless, it could be a nice way to meet someone -- like at the Essex Running Club. You can do these with your significant other as well!
